I was at a special dinner at location unknown---this pitmaster is in the witness protection program and also married my niece and his name is Rob Earp. He smoked a chicken, pork butt and a brisket that was all ready to eat at the same time---I can't do that. I had my first taste of Rub Me Raw, that had a wonderful flavor profile and so good I didn't want to put sauce on the meat...and that is very unusual for me. I have finally found my go to rub. The Cajun bottle is huge and so full of flavor! Great on steak and ribs. Will be delicious on chicken and shrimp, too. Really fast shipping, too. Highly recommend!
